Vinification: separate fermentation for each grape variety 4/6 weeks.
Aging 16-18 months in medium toast French oak barrels.
The two wines are blended and bottled and age in bottle for an additional 6
months.
Color: ruby red with orange tints
Perfume: of dark fruits and strawberry preserves when young, with the aging shows an elegant and persistent bouquet with well balanced tannins.
Flavor profile: the palate has a solid acidity and ripe dark fruit, completed by Nebbiolo length and elegance.
Alcohol: 14 -14,5%
Pairing: grilled red meat, pasta with elaborate sauces and strong cheeses.
